Very helpful in arranging pick up and transportation of my car within 2 hours. Car delivered to my home 2 days later as arranged. Recovery drivers both approached handling of my car in a very professional manner to avoid damage due to low ground clearance. Office staff very helpful as well. My experience with Urban was outstanding.
The two excellent, highly professional and very resourceful drivers could not have been more efficient and helpful.
A Renault Fuego Turbo, garaged for 20 years in a set back garage, off an angled drive on a short, narrow private road in the middle of Hertfordshire, was expertly moved, ramped, secured and delivered to the depot in Birmingham where I found out that the intended garage destination could not take the car.
Urban, quickly sorted out the problem, they stored the car, for a very reasonable charge and a week later delivered the car to a new destination at no extra cost.
All communication was promptly and efficiently responded to by the excellent Charlie who operates to such a high level of integrity and efficiency that he should be running the country.
Highly, highly recommended in every respect.

I used Urban Vehicle Logistics to recover my car to my house, after I badly damaged the steering and front suspension in an encounter with the curb.
I used the online quote form as it was a non urgent job, and was quoted a very reasonable price. The driver was friendly and professional and knew what he was doing.
Haven’t used any other part of the business but I’m 100% satisfied with their recovery service and would highly recommend to anyone.

This is the first time that I used Urban Vehicle Logistics for my business use i.e. transportation of vehicles. This particular job was by no means simple or straightforward. The collection was from London back to Birmingham however Urban Vehicle Logistics simplified the complete process from start to finish. At short notice at my request the pick up collection time was brought forward and on this occasion Urban Vehicle Logistics managed to accommodate me and saved me additional storage costs. The recovery location proved to be very difficult to collect the vehicle and created many obstacles however the logistics team were able to overcome all issues and recover the vehicle in a professional and organised manner, without bringing it to my attention, complaining or providing excuses. Other recovery companies in the past have had such problems providing these excuses however not the guys at Urban Vehicle Logistics. The first contact they made with me via text and phone call was that they were one hour away from destination and upon arrival the driver Nicky was professional, organised and helpful. I would highly recommend Urban Vehicle Logistics to anyone who wants their vehicle transported.
